in order to submittion your blog,s sitemap to google webmaster account log-in by using  your google gmail id. in most cases all google gmaile account are associated with one google gmail id including blogger. youtube, feedburner,google plus etc.
after singin your google webmaster account click the blog you to want sitemap the submit to google .after clicking the blog see you all separate page for the blogger blog. so at left side find the optimizing tab and under that click the sitemap submit and now you all have to click the test sitemap add button at top of the right page. just now add below piecec of code to and the click submit.

For Having Blog post  Less 1 to 500 Sitemap This Submit.
